There's is an exchange fee of 100 egp, so we can ensure our customer receive clean and ironed products.

 

- Do you allow refunds?

No, we don’t allow refunds, however, we have easy and fast exchanges if you’d like to exchange your item!

 

- How long does delivery take?

For local orders, shipping takes 1-4 working days. For international orders, shipping takes 3-7 working days

 

- Can I open the package or try it on before giving the courier the fees?

Yes you can. If you won't recieve your order, kindly pay the Courier the Shipping Fees

 

- How do I get my order as fast as possible?
